Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

Order processing time is between 2 to 4 business days. As the items are made after payment.

Modes of delivery

  • Within Nairobi Metropolitan

  • Pick up at Nairobi CBD, pick up shop

  • Pick up at your nearest point using pick up mtaani

  • Standard doorstep delivery between 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Express doorstep delivery

 

You will get an email on the day before or  on delivery. Kindly answer your phone when contacted by the delivery person. as any packages returned to the shop will be charged for redelivery.

 

Outside Nairobi delivery​

  • Packages sent with different bus couriers Will be inclusive of errand fees

  • Packages out of Nairobi have a size limit if your order exceeds that size limit you will be emailed about any extra payments that are needed ( This is mostly for extremely large items for example multiple plushies or multiple hoodies) 

 

Kindly pick your package preferably within 3 days after  it arrives to the destination to avoid any losses.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges on select items at the pick up point only 

  • We do not accept returns not unless the product is defective 

  • Returns of defective products shall be made within four days of receipt  

  • Returns can be made directly to the shop, any Returns made by delivery efforts will be at the cost of the customer.

  • Compensation will be offered in form of full refunds, Partial refund or store credit for returned products.

Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled after payment will be refunded minus any transaction fees

  • Orders cancelled in the middle of delivery will be refunded minus delivery fees and transaction fees

  • There will be no refunds for pre-ordered items unless you did not receive your product for which you will receive a FULL refund
