1. How preorder work Once you purchase any album or official merch. We will order it from south korea, After the preorder closes. Due to ofcourse distance and customs it can take 14-21 business days for the items to arrive in the country but once they do we will send it to you with your chosen delivery method.
2. Album version All albums with different versions will be sent at RANDOM The images may have one or more albums shown as you may get either one if you would like a set of all versions you would click the quantity as 2/3 etc kindly DM us to find out if the album you want is available as a set, especially for older albums
3. Album price All items are inclusive of shipping, custom fees and taxes the only extra cost is delivery if you wish to have it delivered but if you pick up at our cbd pick up point... it's free
4. Delivery Duration The items will arrive 14-21 business days (NOT INCLUDING weekends) after the pre order period ends However the duration may be shorter or slightly longer as international shipping is honestly unpredictable kindly understand Please note that this is a pre-order item, it is not in the country, kindly do not order if you would not be comfortable with waiting for the pre-order and shipping duration.
5. Pricing As much as prices are indicated in kenyan shillings, Everything is typically calculated in US dollars. which will cause prices to flactuate often eg if the total cost of an album including customs, shipping from korea etc is $45 this cost will reflect diffrently depening on current dollar rate example $45 x 100 = Ksh 4500 $45 x 115 = Ksh 5175 $45 x 130 =Ksh 5850 HOWEVER this will not change during a preorder... what ever price you see when you order will be constant till you get your album price changes from one preorder to another not during a preorder.
6. Payment options These are payment methods - Pay the full amount - Pay half to order half when it arrives in the country We do not accept cash on delivery.
7. Merch Authenticity ALL our official merch is authenticated and ships directly from korea. Also any albums brought from us regardless of group are KOMCA certified KOMCA stickers are at the back of each album and only put on albums produced/distributed in Korea! It stands for Korea Music Copyright Association As a result albums purchased from us are included on charts
8. Disclaimers - Please note you cannot backout after beginning the preorder process - If an album has a poster that is comes outside the album (poster tube) it will only be shipped on request. As much as the poster is free it has extra charges of shipping it in the poster tube. If you would like the poster and are willing to pay the extra fee dm us before buying. - We do not provide batteries for light sticks. - We give a long preorder duration to accommodate everyone however please note because that some albums or official merch can be sold out from our suppler before preorder ends if that happens after you make an order we will send you a full refund, Voucher or you can order something else. Whichever option you choose is fine - Freebie Gifts will not be included in orders with delayed payment
