When will i get my order?Short answer 2-4 Business days We really try to process orders as fast as possible but we are only 2 people making majority of the items from scratch so your order will be sent out based on the amount of people before you on a first come first serve basis please be a bit patient with us😊 However, if you are in a hurry we have express order processing at an extra cost please dm us on Instagram for more information

I received an email my order is cancelledPlease DM us immediately your order gets cancelled by the system we'll sort you out ASAP If you got an email saying your order is cancelled it could be because of the following reasons; It was most likely not paid on time the system just deleted it you can reorder if the items are still available you've paid the wrong amount, DM us on Instagram with your order number

Is the merch official?Please note items are Fanmade or unofficial unless stated otherwise. OFFICIAL merch (Albums, Lightsticks etc) are in the official merch category only and on a pre-order basis. we can custom order any type of merch regardless of whether its on our website or not, as long as our supplier has it we can order it. Dm us on Instagram if the official merch you want is not on the website.

How do i sign up to be a memberyou don't need to sign in to make an order however it does make check out much easier at the top left of the screen

Why does the price keep changing?If you're ordering photocards, notebook, stickers or any item with variations you'll notice price is changing this is based on your selection. eg stickers range in size, paper type your selection determine price lets say you want 2-3 cm stickers , if you choose water resistant it will show 170/= if you choose water proof it will show 195/= typically the difference in variation will be in the product description.
